Do not underestimate the taste sensation of Daas or confuse the beer-brand with a lager. Each Daas bottle is a top fermented bottle conditioned a process long considered the best way to produce superior bottled beer. A process similar to to the “methode champagnoise” when the contents undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Not only does this enhance the quality, taste and flavour of the beer, it also ensures that the liquid remains stable for longer than a standard pasteurised-type.

We only produce our exciting range of beers using 100% certified organic ingredients, back in 2009 we were the first Belgian beer to have the organic accreditation and now fast forward to 2016 nothing has changed with only that we now grow most our ingredients in our farm near our brewery.
Our hops are grown by local artisan organic certified growers, businesses that have now become friends. Working with local producers is very important to us and our philosophy, ultimately supporting our community.
Organic crops free from pesticides and insecticides are also better for our animals that have access to our fields and we truly believe that using hops and barley that are grown without pesticides and chemical fertilizers makes our beers delicious and more appetizing, both for you and for the planet.

This is Damien our mater brewer, some say he looks like Fabio Capello we all call him the doctor. Damian’s method of brewing Gluten Free beer is a natural one. A natural process to solidify the gluten and remove it by filtration, we DO NOT use Enzymes to remove the gluten from our beers.
We have regularly managed to maintain the gluten content in our beers to be well below the Codex standard of 20ppm at 5ppm, each brew is tested for gluten by SGS labourites in Belgium and only when results are received and verified bottles are allowed to leave our premises.
Creating our Gluten Free beers and perfecting the system that we call de-glutenisation was not a simple journey, the results of our efforts has helped us in creating a range of beers using fabulous hops and home grown barley. Only the best research and our strong social commitment has made this breakthrough possible, which comes as excellent news for all those with celiac illnesses.
